YouTuber, Jay Oddity created a video of Cities: Skylines to what would happen if you don't use certain services. 

Although the original creator didn't publish this video, this map is actually playable from the Cities:Skylines Workshop. The map is of Sognefjord, Norway and it looks like the map includes this railroad line.  Workshop link.
